Gain an advantage over your competition with new Oblique (OBL) Technology from Matter. The off-set core designed specifically for left-turn track racing. The off-set creates a stiffer "Force Side" on the inside of the wheel that works with outer "Flex Side" to create a stable, fast and comfortable roll. The Matter Propel Lethal uses the Race urethane compound and all Propel wheels feature an inner band.

Footprint: Matter believes that a wheels footprint is more important than wheel hardness alone. The footprint is the compression size, which is the amount of wheel making contact to the surface. The amount of compression changes with someone's weight, speed or temperature and becomes even more important when you are on the side of the wheel in the turns or doing the double push. Therefore, Matter designs its wheels to account for footprint when determining hardness and it should not be used to compare one hardness rating to another. Standard formula guidelines still do apply so the harder wheels will force less of a footprint. A comparison hardness rating that applies only to these wheels is found below:F0 (88A) / F1 (86A) / F2 (84A)

"F" rating translates to the footprint and is essentially the contact footprint between wheel and floor. The lesser the footprint (F1), the harder the wheel.
Newest edition F3 for slick, or uncoated floors/tracks. Also good for a short distance where grip is important to help accelerate.
To experience the full benefit, wheels are to be installed with the 'Flex Side' facing the outside of the track on both skates.

All returns for exchange or credit must be within 30 days. Special orders and sale items may not be returned. We only accept unused products in original condition with original packaging for return. The returned item must be able to be resold as new. Boots, frames, wheels or bearings may not be mounted in any way to qualify for a credit. Boots may not be molded to qualify for a credit.
All product returns except size exchanges may require a 15% restocking fee. For size exchanges, there are no restocking fees. The shipping cost for any returned items is the sole responsibility of the customer. When your returned item has been received you will be credited for the item minus the restocking fee. If your returning equipment that initially had free shipping the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the amount credited back to you. As long as there is profit to take the initial shipping cost out of we will cover the initial shipping cost. But, if there is a return there is no profit to take the initial shipping cost out of.
For exchanges, the credit card on file will be charged for return shipping. For exchanges where Paypal was used for the initial purchase, a Paypal money request will be sent to you to pay shipping back to you.
