Announcement regarding inventory

Please be advised that many items that are showing "in stock"

may not accurately depict the current inventory. Although Eastern Skating Supply has our own stock in our warehouse, we can't stock everything in-house and still be able to offer such a wide variety of products to our clients. For example, we offer many brands of boots in many colors and sizes, and none of our competitors stock all of them in their warehouses either. We often depend on our suppliers to ship them for us and,

in those instances, our sites are not linked directly with theirs, however, we will inform you right away if the item is not in stock. In the worst cases, it would be no longer than 24-48 business hours for our suppliers to inform us if an item is out of stock. We assure you that we fulfill orders as quickly as possible, even in cases when they are fulfilled by 3rd parties, and provide tracking numbers as soon as they are available.

If you have questions regarding stock availability, feel free to contact us. Please note, if it is an item you have scoured the internet looking for and you suddenly think you hit the jackpot on our site, you probably want to check with us first. Refunds are issued immediately, with that being said, credits may not appear on your statement for up to 7 business days, depending on YOUR bank's processing times (the funds leave our account immediately).

Again, we do our best with the inventory changes rapidly and there are about to be some BIG supply chain problems coming ahead with these tariffs as everything coming in is going to be searched starting 5/1/25 from what I've been told so be prepared for another skate shortage. If in doubt send us a message. I reply 7 days a week, about 16 hours a day. I may not be able to get you an answer on a weekend but I will reply.
